Bottle FillerDrinking Fountains also called water fountains are designed to provide a free source of drinking water in public areas. The fountain consists of a press button tap which provides a stream of drinking water, the user bends down and swallows water directly from the stream. Excess water is collected in the bowl of the drinking water fountain and disposed of through a waste fitting into the drainage system. Plumbed into the mains water supply, the fountains require a wastewater connection, but no electrical supply.
Bottle filling fountains provide a convenient water station to refill reusable drinking water bottles. Offering the facility to fill and reuse bottles helps promote hydration, reduces the waste created by disposable plastic bottles, and offers a healthy alternative to sugary drinks.
